(1) All buildings where fireworks are stored, opened for repacking, repackaged, or prepared for shipping shall conform to the provisions of the International Building Code and the IFC. Where those codes are silent, NFPA 1124 (currently referenced edition by the IFC) shall be applied.

(2) NFPA 1124 (currently referenced edition by the IFC), the code governing the manufacture, transportation, and storage of fireworks and pyrotechnic articles, is incorporated by reference.
