TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. In 2015, House Bill 358 transferred the licensure and regulation of licensed addiction counselors from the Department of Labor and Industry to the Board of Behavioral Health.

 

            2. The transfer of the rules is necessary to reduce confusion and provide better organization by housing all the board's rules under one chapter.

 

            3. The transferred rules will be renumbered as follows:
