NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF COMMENT PERIOD ON PROPOSED ADOPTION |
To: All Concerned Persons
1. On June 21, 2012, the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation published MAR Notice No. 36-22-144 regarding the notice of public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 1225 of the 2012 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 12.
2. A public hearing was held on July 11, 2012, in the Director's Conference Room at the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, 1625 Eleventh Avenue, Helena, Montana to consider the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules. The department is extending the comment period to allow the public more time to comment on the proposed rulemaking. The extended comment period will run concurrently with the public scoping being conducted for the rulemaking and will run through 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2012.
3. The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to participate in this rulemaking process or need an alternative accessible format of this notice.
