1.  On August 11, 2011, the Commissioner of Political Practices published MAR Notice No. 44-2-171  pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1542 of the 2011 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2.  The commissioner has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
