TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On April 15, 2010, the Board of Environmental Review published MAR Notice No. 17-305 regarding a notice of proposed amendment (no public hearing contemplated) of the above-stated rules at page 833, 2010 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 7.

 

            2.  The board has amended the rules exactly as proposed.

 

            3.  No public comments or testimony were received.
