NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On March 11, 2010, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-163 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 644 of the 2010 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 5.

 

2.  The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
