NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On February 9, 2024, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-1075 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 237 of the 2024 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 3.

 

2. On March 1, 2024, the department held a public hearing to consider the proposed amendment. Debra Pitassy of the Montana Beer and Wine Distributors Association appeared and provided brief commentary in support for the rulemaking. No other interested persons appeared, and the department received no written comments in support of, or opposition to, the rulemaking.

 

           3. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
