NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 4, 2023, the Classification Review Committee published MAR Notice No. 6-279 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 724 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2. A public hearing was not contemplated or requested. The department received no comments or testimony on the proposed amendments.   

 

3. The committee has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
