NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On June 10, 2022, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-627 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 856 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

3. The department received one comment in response to the proposal. A summary of the comment and the department's response are set forth below:
