           1. On April 29, 2022, the Department of Commerce published MAR Notice No. 8-94-198 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 550 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 8.

 

2. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.
