NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On March 11, 2022, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) published MAR Notice No. 24-15-201 regarding the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules, at page 317 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 5.

 

            2. No comments were received by the April 8, 2022 deadline.

 

            3. The department has repealed ARM 24.15.101 and 24.15.501 exactly as proposed.
