1. On November 21, 2007, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-141 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1923 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 22.

2. The rules are amended as proposed.

3. No comments or testimony were received.
