(1) Fees shall be transmitted to the Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors. Fees for examinations administered by third-party vendors must be paid directly to the vendor approved by the board. The board assumes no responsibility for loss in transit of such remittances. Applicants not submitting the proper fees will be notified by the department.
(2) In every case, should the board deny the issuance of a certificate to any applicant, the initial fee deposited shall be retained by the board as an application fee.
(3) Fees are as follows:
(a) Engineer interns initial application $ 25
