24.114.405 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR MONTANA BRANCH OFFICE (1) No firm, corporation, partnership or individual may establish or maintain within this state, a branch office to engage in the practice of architecture unless such branch office is under the responsible control and direction of a Montana licensed resident architect who is in the branch office a majority of the time the office is open.
