Administrative Rules of the State of Montana

(1) Formal self-study programs shall receive continuing education credit equal to the amount granted by the sponsor, if the sponsor is a NASBA National Registry of CPE Sponsors. These programs are calculated on a 50-minute hour.

(a) All other formal self-study programs receive continuing education credit equal to half of the credit amount granted by the sponsor.

(2) Individuals claiming credit for such formal self-study courses are required to obtain evidence of satisfactory completion from the program sponsor.
