(1) Applications and information submitted to the department pursuant to this subchapter may be made public, except in cases in which the demand of individual privacy clearly exceeds the merits of public disclosure. The department may publish lists of projects, including applicant names, locations, technologies, and amounts loaned. The department shall keep personal information needed for financial evaluation in a secure location.
