(1) A passing score on an examination shall be valid for two years from the examination date.
(2) Effective January 1, 2013, an applicant must complete all qualifying education and experience prior to taking the examination.
(3) The applicant, within two years prior to submitting an application for a license or certification, shall have successfully completed the Appraiser Qualifications Board-endorsed Uniform State Licensed Real Property Appraiser Examination with the following passing scores:
(a) licensed residential - 75 percent;
(b) certified residential - 77 percent; and
(c) certified general - 79 percent.
(4) The examination is administered by a testing agency under contractual agreement with the board.
