18.4.101    ADMINISTRATION OF ENGINEERING DIVISION RULES

(1) All rules within the scope of the Administrative Procedure Act ( 2-4-101 through 2-4-711 , MCA) under the jurisdiction of the Engineering Division of the Department of Transportation are administered by the Preconstruction Bureau and the Right-of-Way Bureau within the division and are located in chapters 5 and 6 of the title.
