(1) To obtain a Class 6 specialist license with a school psychologist endorsement an applicant must provide verification of:

(a) current credentials as a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP) from the national association of school psychologists (NASP); or

(b) a master's degree in school psychology or an education specialist degree in a related field from an accredited institution; and

(c) recommendation from the Montana Association of School Psychologists Competency Review Board after completion of an oral examination.
