(1) An issuer that has
completed, discontinued, or terminated the sale of securities registered with
the commissioner shall annually while registered and upon completion,
discontinuance, or termination of the sale of registered securities notify the
commissioner in writing and shall also submit a complete sales report that
includes, for
this state, the number of units and the aggregate
dollar amount of sales.
(2) Until written notice has been provided as
required by (1) of this rule, the commissioner shall be notified of each change
in the officers, directors, trustees, partners, or other principal members of a
registrant within 15 days of the change.
