(1) Different truckload commodity rates based on different minimum weights may be published on a given commodity between specific points, provided a lower rate is made applicable in connection with the higher minimum weight, by publishing such commodity rates in one and the same item or in different columns on the same page and by showing in connection with such item or columns a rule to the effect that the lower truckload charge obtainable under the different truckload rates and minimum weights must be applied.
