1. On October 25, 2007, the State Lottery Commission published MAR Notice No. 2-63-392 regarding the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1569 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

2. The commission has amended and repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

3. No comments or testimony were received.
