NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On July 6, 2018, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-855 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1246 of the 2018 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 13.

 

2. The department has amended and repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

           4. The department intends to apply these rule amendments and repeal retroactively to August 1, 2018. A retroactive application of the proposed rule amendments and repeal does not result in a negative impact to any affected party.
