1. On February 8, 2007, the Board of Medical Examiners (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-156-67 regarding the amendment of the above-stated rules, at page 180 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, issue no. 3.

2. On March 2, 2007, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules in Helena. No comments or testimony were received.

�

3. The board has amended ARM 24.156.2701 and 24.156.2771 exactly as proposed.
