1. On January 11, 2007, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) and the Board of Medical Examiners (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-156-66 regarding the amendment of the above-stated rules, at page 11 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, issue no. 1.

2. No comments or testimony were received.

3. The department has amended ARM 24.101.413 and the board has amended ARM 24.156.615 exactly as proposed.
