1. On February 8, 2007, the Board of Public Education published MAR Notice No. 10-55-244 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 173 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 3.

2. The Board of Public Education has amended ARM 10.55.716 exactly as proposed.

3. The following comment was received and appears with the Board of Public Education's response:
