NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On April 12 2012, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-578 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 723 of the 2012 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 7.

 

2.  The department has adopted the above-stated rule as proposed: New Rule I (37.117.101).

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
