NOTICE OF AMENDMENT   (CECRA)

 

            TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

            1.  On April 12, 2012, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 17-332 regarding a notice of public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 678, 2012 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 7.  On April 26, 2012, the department published an amended MAR Notice No. 17-332 at page 814, 2012 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 8.

 

            2.  The department has amended the rule exactly as proposed.

 

            3.  No public comments or testimony were received.
