NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On October  28, 2010 the Department of Agriculture published MAR Notice No. 4-14-198 pertaining to the public hearing on the repeal of the above-stated rule at page 2424 of the 2010 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2.  The department has repealed the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
