1. On June 12, 2008, the Montana Department of Agriculture published MAR Notice No. 4-14-181 regarding the above-stated rule at page 1074 of the 2008 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

2. The agency has amended ARM 4.6.302 exactly as proposed.

3. No comments or testimony were received.
