1. On April 26, 2024, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-4-283 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 834 of the 2024 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 8.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
