NOTICE OF DECISION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On August 5, 2022, the Public Employees' Retirement Board (board) published MAR Notice No. 2-43-631 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1349 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2.  The board is withdrawing the rulemaking notice due to the inadvertent omission of sending the notice to the staff of the State Administration and Veterans' Affairs Interim Committee for review consistent with 2-4-302(2)(a), MCA. Due to the timing provisions of 2-4-305(11), MCA, the board will propose the rule amendments in 2023.
