NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

To: All Concerned Persons

 

            1.  On April 15, 2022, the Board of Water Well Contractors and the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (department) published MAR Notice No. 36-22-213 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 490 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 7.

 

            2. The department has amended ARM 36.21.415 and 36.21.661 as proposed. 

 

 3. The department has repealed ARM 36.21.413 as proposed.

 

            4. The department has thoroughly considered the written and oral comments received. A summary of the comments received and the department's responses are as follows:

 

            COMMENT NO. 1: The rules should be adopted as proposed.

 

            RESPONSE: The department agrees.
