NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

            TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On December 11, 2020, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) published MAR Notice No. 24-11-369 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 2229 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 23.

 

            2. A public hearing was held on January 4, 2021.  No public comments were received.

 

            3. The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

            4. The amendment is effective for all claims filed on or after January 31, 2021.
