37.30.2601 VISUAL MEDICAL PROGRAM: PURPOSES (1) The purposes of the visual medical program are: (a) to prevent blindness; (b) to restore sight; (c) to provide appropriate treatment where loss of sight cannot be prevented or sight cannot be restored. (2) The visual medical program though administered by vocational rehabilitation services is not a vocational rehabilitation program.
