32.9.410    CULTURE STARTER FACILITIES

(1) Adequate facilities must be provided for the handling of starter cultures. The facilities must be sufficiently isolated (preferably a separate room) and may not be located near cheese vats, whey separators, or tanks where contamination is most likely to occur.
