38.5.1407 GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICE WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTICE (1) A utility may terminate service without prior notice only: (a) If a condition immediately dangerous or hazardous to life, physicial safety or property exists; (b) Upon order by any court, the Commission or any other duly authorized public authority; (c) If such service is obtained fraudulently or without authorization of the utility.
